Richard Mathew Schwartzenberger joined Denver, Colorado’s Alliant Insurance Services in 2018. As the vice president, Richard Schwartzenberger strives to identify and analyze strategic and risk decisions for his clients and make actionable recommendations to optimize use of capital which may include the use of various insurance products.

Mr. Schwartzenberger has three decades of experience helping senior leaders achieve the best results in strategic risk mitigation, risk modeling, and data analytics optimization. Before joining Alliant, he served in business advisory roles and was a corporate controller for a pair of multi-billion dollar businesses. His achievements include the development of several data analytic platforms and a successful career as a public speaker.

During his career, Mr. Schwartzenberger has authored numerous articles, including “Enterprise Risk Management: Penetrating the Layers.” He is a member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS), a professional organization that empowers risk management professionals through networking opportunities, professional certification programs, and comprehensive research.

Mr. Schwartzenberger studied accounting at Montana State University in Bozeman. His personal interests include travel and learning more about sound, light and frequency.
